1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Tarologic mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tarologic provides AI-generated tarot readings and interpretations for entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide professional advice of any kind.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

All content, including tarot readings and AI-generated responses, is provided strictly for entertainment purposes.

The App does not offer:
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Psychological or mental health advice

You must not rely on the App for making important life decisions.

4. User Responsibility

You agree that:
- You use the App at your own risk
- You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
- You will not interpret the App’s content as factual, guaranteed, or predictive

5. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of readings
- Reliability of AI-generated content
- Availability or uninterrupted operation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner of Tarologic shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

- Direct or indirect damages  
- Emotional distress  
- Loss of data  
- Financial loss  
- Decisions made based on App content  

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the App  
- Your violation of these Terms  
- Your reliance on any content provided by the App  

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes  
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App  
- Misuse the service in any way that could harm the App or other users  

9. Account and Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

To the extent permitted by law:
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration  
- You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits  

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the App owner regarding use of the App.
